The Weighty Monument

A fourth semester project dedicated to the restoration and re-use of the “Schwerbelastungskörper”, or so called The Heavy Load-Bearing Body. The core concept of this project is the continuation of the pre-existing shaft infinitely deep into the unknown, while people descend the apparently endless staircase to discover an entirely new world of art
